Class Routine

Please click on the document below to find out more about Class 1 routine.

Bookbag boxes will be left under the class windows in the mornings. They will be organised by Guided Reading groups (Ants, Bears, Cats, Dogs and Elephants). The children should put their bookbag into the right box when they enter school in the morning.

PE Kit

Class 1 has PE on Tuesday afternoons. Please ensure that your child is fully equipped for PE and that all their PE kit including shoes is clearly named. Thank you!

Batman and the Joker

Eagles Class had a visit from the Joker when he kidnapped Miss Johnson! The children had to work together to solve a series of clues, in order to find a Bat Signal to summon Batman to save the day! Here are some photos from the activity.

Wildwood Trip

Eagles Class had a great time at Wildwood! We took part in a workshop exploring the differences between different types of animals, and were guided round the park to look at different animals such as ravens, otters, bison and bears!

Royal Wedding Celebration

Eagles Class enjoyed a Royal Wedding Celebration! We all dressed up in red, white and blue or as princes and princesses, and took part in activities including cooking cupcake royal mugs and making Union Flag tiles. We also enjoyed a celebratory lunch on the playground!

Church Visit

Eagles Class visited St Mary of Charity Church in Faversham to find out about the features of a Christian place of worship. They explored the church, had a go at brass rubbing and also watched a bell ringing demonstration. View the slideshow to see what we got up to!

A Woolly Visitor!

Eagles Class had a visit from a lamb! All the children had a chance to ask questions about caring for the lamb, and to stroke her.
