Luddenham School Every Child Can Achieve

Assemblies

Assemblies

Assemblies are an important time for the school community to come together to celebrate achievements. It is also an opportunity for collective worship and a time for singing, music making and also a time when we place an emphasis on the development of our values and expectations.  We encourage children to develop lifelong skills in dealing with daily life challenges. We welcome visitors from different faiths so children have an understanding or our local and national communities.  Assemblies will be non-denominational,  although they will be of a broadly Christian nature, however due consideration will continue to be given to the multicultural society in which we live, building on our value of international mindedness. We will respect the wishes of families who do not wish for their child to participate in collective worship.
