Talk Like a Pirate Day!
We have been busy learning each other's names and playing lots of getting-to-know-you games.
We have listened to the story of The Little Red Hen and joined in with the actions. Then we baked our own bread rolls.
Mrs Wilson brought her dog, Frankie in to school and we enjoyed stroking him!

The First Day
The classroom was ready and we were very excited to welcome the children and parents to their very first day at Luddenham School!
Luddy Bear and his brother, Buddy enjoyed lots of cuddles and songs with the children.
Homebase in Herne Bay donated some flower pots, so we planted spring bulbs to take home. We hope the children will enjoy looking after them and watching them grow and develop over the coming months - just like our new Sparrow Class!
